حرصًا منا على تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا، يتيح متجر B/market إمكانية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية كما تم استلامه، وأن يكون غير مستخدم، وخاليًا من أي تلف أو خدوش أو كسور، مع ضرورة وجود العلبة وجميع مواد التغليف الأصلية كاملة وسليمة.
📹 يشترط عند طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع إرسال فيديو قصير واضح للمنتج يوضح حالته الحالية بشكل كامل، وذلك للتأكد من سلامة المنتج والتغليف قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
❌ لن يتم قبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالة وجود أي تلف بالمنتج أو مواد التغليف، أو في حالة ظهور آثار استخدام واضحة.
🔍 يتم فحص المنتج أولًا بعد استلامه، ثم يتم اتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن قبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفقًا لحالة المنتج ومدى مطابقته للشروط.

To ensure the best experience for our customers, B/market allows returns or exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, unused, free from any damage, scratches, or breakage, and must include all original packaging and materials.
📹 A clear short video showing the product’s current condition is required when requesting a return or exchange, to verify the product and packaging before processing.
❌ Requests will not be accepted if the product or packaging shows any damage or signs of use.
🔍 The product will be inspected upon receipt, and the final decision will be made based on its condition and compliance with the policy.
